The Tactical Heavy Barrel or THB is one of the most popular rifles produced by Steyr, and comes packed with exclusive features not found on rifles of lesser quality. It comes equipped with a ventilated, glass-reinforced polymer stock which is exceptionally durable and highly weather resistant. Its cold-hammer forged barrel features a Mannox finish. The barrel also has Steyr’s signature swirl pattern, a distinctive and attractive byproduct of Steyr’s cold hammer forging process. The muzzle of the barrel is outfitted with a 5/8x24” Right Hand threads for the installation of muzzle brakes and suppressors, and a screw-on thread protector is included as well.
