Shipping and Returns


We do not ship any firearms or accessories outside of the United States.

We charge different flat rates for shipping, based on the item type and size. The pricing covers the majority of shipments to the lower 48 states.

Morale Patch orders will be shipped snail mail (USPS). No tracking information will be provided.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional charges. Customer's orders who are unwilling to pay additional charges will be cancelled and refunded.

We DO NOT ship to:

  • Guam (No Firearms or Accessories Shipments)
  • Puerto Rico (No Firearms or Accessories Shipments)
  • US Territories (No Firearms or Accessories Shipments)

If you have special shipping instructions, or a specific place that your package should be left at your house or business, please contact your local UPS or USPS with that information. At this time, we are not able to control where the delivery service leaves your package. 

Orders marked 'Completed': This means the shipping label has been created and it is awaiting pickup. Orders usually leave our facility around 4pm CST.


Shipping Restrictions:

Copper Custom Armament will only fulfill ammunition orders to the Lower 48 states. Ammunition will not be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, California, Massachusetts, Chicago, New York, or any other area within the United States where the shipment of ammo is prohibited. Orders placed from restricted areas will be cancelled and charged a 5% cancellation fee.

Customer Affidavit
  • I am over 21 years of age
  • By selling ammunition or firearms to me, Copper Custom is not violating any state or local laws or ordinances
  • I am not under indictment and have never been convicted in any court of a crime for which I was imprisoned for over one year
  • I am not a fugitive from justice
  • I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
  • I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective, and have not been committed to a mental institution
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
  • I have never been discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
  • I have not renounced my US citizenship
  • I am currently not subject to a domestic violence charges
  • I will not conduct unauthorized export of any defense articles


All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 – 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx upon request. Processing times may vary during holidays.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. 

Note: The original shipping charge is not refunded. The restocking fee percentages are based on the cost of the item itself.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products, if you have a problem with any of the following products please contact the manufacturer(s):

  1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
  2. Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  3. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.
  4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
