• Definitive Arms Patented Magwell System. Allowing usage of AR-10 patterned magazines. Designed for Magpul Pmag SR-25 .308 patterned magazines.
• Bolt Automatically locks open on the last shot fired.
• Bolt release button for releasing the bolt after a loaded magazine is inserted.
• Barrels have been Cut and Crowned to 18" long.
• Match Grade Target crown, Single point cut in a Lathe.
• Threaded 5/8-24 concentric to bore in a Lathe.
• Front sight block moved back, shouldering face of block trued in a lathe for accurate suppressor mounting.
• Gas system lightly reduced to allow for reliable and safe shooting both suppressed and non suppressed.
• Bolt camming surfaces smoothed out by hand for smoother more consistent rotation into lock up.
• Head spacing reset to be as tight as possible while still passing GO, NO-GO, and Field gauges, to improve accuracy.
• Chamber polished to improve accuracy and improve reliability during extraction.
• Extractor claw face polished to ease seating over cartridge rim and improve reliability when chambering a round.
• Feed ramp and chamber mouth beveled and polished to both improve reliability while feeding and increase accuracy by decreasing damage to projectile while feeding.
• VEPR 308 Proprietary Fire Control Group, modified to perform like a 2-stage trigger and reduce lock time.
• Trigger polished for a smoother more consistent pull.
• Hammer spring is still full power to maintain reliability in both operation and detonation of hard military primers. This is a hard use rifle after all.
• Refinished with Bluing over standard Parkerization.
